Refund Policy

All purchases made on EduSphere Learning Resources are for digital educational materials delivered electronically.

Once a resource has been successfully downloaded or accessed after payment, refunds cannot be issued because digital products cannot be returned.

However, refunds may be considered if:

1. A payment was made but the resource was not delivered, or
2. A technical error occurred during the transaction.

Refund requests must be submitted via 0754-909-939 within 24 hours of payment with the M-PESA transaction receipt number.
